Justin King has been in the industry for nearly a decade.
He found, as many of his mentors did, that the strength and conditioning world is filled with trainers with zero results, theory, or practical know how when it comes to health and performance.
Justin studied under the late Charles Poliquin and was later employed by him as a course conductor, writer, and researcher.
Through Justin’s numerous coaching opportunities, he had the pleasure of coaching NFL athletes from 27 different teams, Olympic medalists, NHL super stars, and countless professionals and competitors from numerous sports looking to achieve the highest standard of results available.
Justin founded Built Better in 2018, starting off with online clients on top of his then, current position with Source Performance and Strength Sensei. Over the years this evolved until 2019 when in person coaching was offered through Built Better. Since then Justin and the team at Built Better have been producing results unseen by the professional, public, and pro athlete scene.
